Ingredients

Makes 1 serving

2 sirloin steaks
4 stalks of asparigus
2 scallions
kosher salt
cracked pepper
grapeseed oil

 

Procedure

Heat and oil a cast iron pan on high.

Preseason the steak with pepper and generous salt.

Cook scallions in the pan until brown spots form.

Then cook steak about 3-5 min per side until 150F-155F internally(medium well).

Only flip the steak once.

Once done remove scallions and steak.

Add a little water and saute the asparagus until done.
