Ingredients
Makes 4 naan
250g all purpose flour
8g table salt
50g olive oil
230g water
1 head cilantro
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp butter
Procedure
Place flour and salt on workspace.
Make a crater and fill with olive oil and mix until clumpy.
Make another crater and add water.
Knead until firm.
Proof for 15 min.
Roll and divide into 4 pieces.
Flatten and poke dough and place on an oiled workspace.
Roll flat and garnish with garlic and cilantro.
Roll over once more to incorporate garnish.
Place on slightly oiled nonstick pan and cook on medium heat.
Once bubbles form continue cooking for about a min longer.
Once crispy and brown flip over onto the gas range for direct heating.
Move around so it cooks all of the bread.
Brush with butter.
