asiago cheese
bellavitano cheese
myzithra cheese
kalamata olives
uncured milano salami
uncured hot calabrese salami
uncured fennel salami
prosciutto
chili honey cashews (cashews, chili powder, honey)
dried apricots
fresh blueberries
spicy fig jam
basil leaf
Procedure
Add a cashews and a generous amount of chili powder and honey to a bowl and shake to coat evenly.
To make salami roses, fold 3 slices in half and place them next to each other, slightly overlapped.
Roll the salami from left to right until rose is formed, hold in place with a toothpick.
Arrange the plate radially, placing the cheese in layers forming two crescents, symmetrical to each other.
Place the nuts and jam in their own bowls, and arrange the rest of the meat around the bowls. Fill in the rest of the empty space with fruits and olives.
