Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

1/2 box nilla wafers
2 graham crackers
3 bananas

Banana Pudding
1 cup milk
3 pureed bananas
1/4 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp corn starch

Whipped Cream
2 cups heavy/whipping cream
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp bourbon whiskey

Procedure

Add all Banana Pudding ingredients to a pot and heat on medium.

Constantly whisk until pudding becomes thicker then finish on medium-high heat. Whisk entire time until pudding becomes thick.

Pour in a bag and place in the freezer for 30 min.

Meanwhile dice the remaining 3 bananas and leave 4 slices for garnish.

Crush the nilla wafers into bite sized chunks.

For the whipped cream, add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with a stand mixer until thick and creamy.

To not over-whip, finish off with a whisk until stiff peaks form.

Layer each cup in this order: small amount of whipped cream, nilla wafers, banana pudding, diced bananas, remaining whipped cream.

Garnish with graham cracker crumbles and a graham cracker slice.

On a heat safe plate, sprinkle granulated sugar onto 4 banana slices. Torch until caramelized and place on top.
