Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
12 Whole chicken wings
1 stick butter
1 quart Louisiana hot sauce
1 clove garlic
0.25 cup ketchup
kosher salt to taste
1 liter vegitable oil
2 carrots celery stalk
Blue cheese
Procedure
Cut wings at joint place on pan and dry with paper towel.
Place paper towels on top and dry for 1-2 hours.
Place butter, hot sauce, ketchup, garlic, and salt in pot; stir until melted at low heat.
Preheat oil in pot to 375F degrees.
Place wings in oil and fry for about 12 min until golden brown.
Season with salt and pepper fresh from the oil.
Place wings in bowl, mix with sauce by tossing or with tongs.
Serve with blue cheese, carrots, and celery.
