IVAV, an AV Portfolio
IVAV is a project I did to boost my AV resume. I created a custom type logo for personal branding and used the Hestia theme to convey a clean and modern ambiance.
Client/Audience
The audience for this site was the AV Employer community. I wanted to convey a modern and clean ethos with clear conveyance of my skill set. I payed specific attention to pointing attention to my education and experience, as they are strong points of consideration.
Challenge
The main challenge of this site was the information presented on the site. I wanted the focus to be the content, and I wanted it to be conveyed in a clean and easily findable way.
Solution
I used the clean and versatile theme Hestia to give my site a clean and modern look that fit with the ethos I wanted to convey. I also used this theme for my business website fadedmidnight.com for similar reasons.
Results
I was satisfied with the site. I used orange as the accent color, which gives it a warm and enviting vibe to the site. It was also clean and clear what I was trying to convey
Typography
I kept the defaults that Hestia provided as they fit well.
Animation
Hestia includes navbar animations for the homepage and parallax scrolling as well.
